But there is no explanation in the content of the article about how far that “one step” is.
The article says that Russian scientists were working on a coronavirus vaccine that people would receive not as an injection but as a dairy product. So far, the WHO has counted 123 vaccines that are subject to pre-clinical evaluation, and in the phase of clinical evaluation or testing there are only 10 vaccines, of which 5 are from China, 3 from the USA, and 1 from Germany and England each. Russia is not on this list!
