Some of the portals published information in which it was claimed that the ballots did not contain serial numbers, nor were there hidden numbers that can be seen with an UV lamp.
This is a disinformation. The ballots that are being issued to the voters do not contain serial number. The serial number is left on the ballots stub from which the ballots are torn-off. As for the security protection of the ballots, this is determined with a confidential decision by the State Election Commission, therefore no one can know what security safeguards the ballots contain. During elections media should act responsibly by publishing only true, checked and verified information.
