Coronavirus is the work of billionaires Bill Gates, Bloomberg and the new Soros, Pierre Omidyar. This is the headline of the news in the portal Mexpress.mk, published on 25.03.2020.
It contains a bunch of conspiracy theories, several events are being told, some connection is being made, but none of them provide any confirmation that the emergence of the coronavirus is the work of billionaires.
If it was so, perhaps none of the richest people in the world would’ve been infected with the COVID-19 virus. But it’s not so. One example is Prince Charles, the 71-year-old heir to the British throne who “weighs” 400 million dollars, who is infected with the COVID-19 virus.
British Prime Minister Boris Johnson is also infected with the coronavirus.
At this time, however, it may be better to write news that is accurate and true, rather than speculating on different theories.
The good news is that Bill Gates, along with Facebook owner Mark Zuckenberg, will donate 25 million dollars to fight the coronavirus.
Also Alibaba’s founder, Jack Ma, the second richest man in China, pledged 14 million dollars from his foundation to help develop a coronavirus vaccine and donate 500,000 test kits and a million face masks to the USA.

And unlike most of the world’s billionaires, the Russian oligarchs have taken a different step. The OCCRP’s organized crime and corruption reporting project , referring to the Moscow Times, reported that Russian oligarchs buy respirators for themselves in case they catch the coronavirus.
