There is no proof that the border control between these neighbouring countries will be terminated. On a contrary, the control of the border will be conducted with joined forces between the two sides, in this first case Albania and Kosovo, which you can see here. This article represents a disinformation in a form of a spin which can be seen when looking at its evolvement on the internet.
The information stating and explaining a good practice (as established between Albania and Montenegro), has been overtaken by some portals spinning the information that the border control will be completely terminated thus representing it as a step forward towards “Great Albania”.
