Original title: Katica Janeva accused the SPP team of high corruption (VIDEO)Almost a week after the submission of her resignation, the special public prosecutor Katica Janeva came out in public with a statement related to the case of the Basic Public Prosecution, “Reket”. In one part of her statement, Katica Janeva said that “The call to be part of a highly professional team that deals with high corruption where top state officials are involved is a serious honor and a very big responsibility.” This lapsus on her part was a sufficient reason for the portal Express to publish a text that has a clickbait title stating that Janeva accuses the SPP team of high corruption.

Unlike the title that is not formulated as a question, but as a statement, in the continuation, the article posts the question whether it becomes a subconscious statement or an ordinary gaffe. It is obvious that Katica Janeva’s intention was to point out that it was a great honor for her to have been elected the first person of the SPP. An unintentional mistake or a lapsus is considered the fact that Janeva does not say that the high professional team deals with PROSECUTION of high corruption that involves the highest state officials.
The author of the text writes that if Janeva was making a confession, then the SPP should react to the rumor, while if it is a gaffe, then the SPP should react and explain what Janeva wanted to say.
With the fact that the title does not say “Recognition or gaffe“, the readers, and especially those who will read only the title, will think that it is true, although the author himself is not sure. We recommend to the author of the text if he is not sure what Katica Janeva wanted to say, not to write about it and not to manipulate the public at the same time.
