Project manager Rosana Aleksoska participated a capacity building event in Portoroz, Slovenia.
On 6-8 June, the Center for European Perspectives - CEP from Slovenia gathered representatives of all three sectors from the Western Balkans for a capacity-building training in Portorož, in order to explore the gaps and potentials in cross-sectoral and cross-border cooperation in countering disinformation.
Through practical and simulation exercises, 40 participants learned how to verify information, detect and react to disinformation, and build the national defense mechanisms against disinformation. The training sessions were delivered and guided by renowned experts from Europe and the US thus enabling the participants to witness the applicability of various tools and get some practical experience through simulations.
