Original title: SHEKERINSKA IS CLOSING THE MOST ELITE UNIT OF ARM, THE WOLVES
Former Director of the Directorate for Security of Classified Information, Professor Aleksandar Nacev, on his Facebook profile, on May 21, published a status in which he says that “Defense Minister Radmilla Shekerinska will dismiss the most elite unit of the ARM, The Wolves.”
Its status has been taken over by several portals: Magazin.mk, Opserver.mk, Vecer.mk, Vesnik.com.
The portal Magazine with the headlines imposes that Defense Minister Radmilla Shekerinska is dismissing the “Wolves” unit. The text states Nacev’s full status, according to which members of the “Wolves” unit were allegedly told that about thirty of them will have to “voluntarily” request a transfer and move to other positions in other ARM units. These threats and pressures are consequences of unprofessional management with the Ministry of Defense, while also affecting the morale of the most prepared and elite soldiers, underestimating those who are first placed on the war front.
The portals that published this news only used Nacev’s status, without checking the accuracy of the information in advance, i.e. to seek an answer to this from the authorities mentioned in the status.
The Minister of Defense, Radmilla Shekerinska, reacted to this “news” with a status on her Facebook profile, in which she says that these are lies that are intended to undermine the Army.
In response to these lies, she says that the Army is a member of NATO, has new equipment, increased salaries, a minister who brings decisions in NATO and plays an important role in the epidemic.
