DESCRIPTION

Original title: Conspiracy Theory: Coronavirus is a scam and an evidence to that is the 10 Australian dollar banknote

The portal Standard published an article entitled Conspiracy Theory: Coronavirus is a scam and an evidence to that is the Australian 10 dollar banknote, claiming that the coronavirus was not real, or that it was actually announced a few years ago, so it goes without saying that it is a scam.

The portal in the text refers to ”News.co.au“.

Namely, according to them, a group of Australians actually think that this is a scam, claiming that the proof of that can be found on the 10 dollar banknote. These conspiracy theorists believe that the coronavirus pandemic is orchestrated in order to vaccinate citizens. They claim that the secret society of billionaires is trying to establish dominance over the planet and they plan to achieve this by controlling people with the vaccine. The movement also supports the idea that 5G antennas are dangerous to human health and in some ways affect the spread of the coronavirus. And now there is allegedly an addition to the world conspiracy, which can be seen on the Australian 10 dollar banknote. Namely, some of the theorists believe that the banknote seal has a picture of COVID-19 in the right corner when seen under a microscope. The link to the original article can be found here.

FACT/S

The portal, although citing a source from which it has taken the article, and the headline says that it is a conspiracy theory, did not go further into detailed disclosure of the truth and rejection of this theory, and thus only “strengthens” it, or cannot make a clear distinction between a conspiracy theory and the truth.

According to the Reserve Bank of Australia, the design feature is said to have a color overflow effect, visible on both sides of the banknote. And as news.co.au writes, the feature appears in every banknote in the “Next generation of banknotes” series with a different type of plant (herb).

With just one click on the Reserve Bank of Australia you can read what is depicted on the banknotes. Namely, the new 10 dollar banknote has a number of innovative new security features that are specially designed to protect the banknote from possible counterfeiting. Each denomination in the new series of banknotes will contain a different species of Australian herb and native bird within a number of safety features. The 10 dollar banknote is Bramble Wattle (Acacia Victoriae) and the bird Sulphur-crested Cockatoo (Cacatua galerita).

According to this, the “controversial symbol” in the form of COVID-19 is actually a flower that has the shape of coronavirus particles. These are water flowers that are yellow, and look like this.

As reported by the prestigious newspaper “Independent”, this flower, which is a kind of acacia, originates from Australia. Its nearest genus, the golden acacia, was the country’s official flower emblem in 1988. That is why it is used in the banknote, because of its importance for the state.

Our team has already disclosed another similar text that spread conspiracy theories that England had announced the spread of the virus through a banknote, even though the banknote itself was simply a reflection of its cultural and historical heritage. If the Banknote of England has not announced the virus, nor has it announced that of Australia, it is possible that fake news producers will try to find new elements in other banknotes and other items or phenomena, but you are already prepared to distinguish the lie from the the truth.
