Original title: NO OBSERVERS PRESENT IN CHAIR: No observers from OSCE and others non-governmental spotted until now
In a text which, has the length almost as the headline, Infomax claims that an information has arrived to its editorial that there are no international and domestic observers at the polling stations in Chair.
The text is with only few rows with no author, no evidence, nor identity of the representative of the political party, not even a mention of the political party’s name. It claims that there were calls to the editorial that there were no international observers at the polling stations in Chair, which is completely untrue. The F2N2 will point few arguments for that:
The international observers conduct their observation as mobile observers, which means that they spend certain time at the polling stations but not the whole day.
There is no such complaint on any of the phone numbers of both domestic and international observation missions during the Election Day, and there were plenty of addresses where such complaints could have been made.
The domestic observes cover all the municipalities based on a sample, which makes Chair as a bigger one, with a significant number of polling stations covered.
Even if there are no international and domestic observers present at the polling stations the vote is conducted by the polling boards and the party observers are / should be present.
Why would party sources give anonymous calls about this, instead of holding a party press conference and react on it?
Having said the above, this is a fake news.
