Just because of the fact that there is an increased turn out in certain Municipalities, the portal publishes a speculative text, not as a claim but in a form of a question, if the ballot boxes are being stuffed in those places.The same disinformation appeared on twitter where a MAP is used to present the places with a higher turnout. It is evident that, most of those place are with pre-dominant Albanian population where the alleged stuffing of the ballot boxes is happening, in favor of one of the candidates for President.

The text is not signed, there is no statement, nor confirmation from any institution or stakeholder. There is no comparison with the turn out from previous elections and second rounds of those, so a conclusion can be drawn that it is a high turnout after all. Also, this text speculates that this (stuffing of the ballot boxes) is happening only in the places with predominantly Albanian population. The text is not professional thus it do not meet the minimum ethical standards. Instead of asking questions in the headline, the text should provide answers to the readers, something that the F2N2 team could not find in it. Therefore, the text is labeled as disinformation / speculation which could have caused serious consequences to the electoral process.
