The curiosity about Katica Janeva, the special prosecutor in resignation, has not subsided. After the release of the news of her illness, the media has put her in another focus, this time on her health.
Today, big part of the media reported that Janeva recently had an operation in order to start losing weight. This kind of reporting is unethical.

The health condition is personal data, which according to the Law on Personal Data should not be shared publicly. The SPP also insisted on this, and they informed the media that because of the protection of privacy, they will not share any information about the health condition of the special prosecutor in resignation.
The interest for Janeva is big, but this should not be an occasion for unethical media reporting.
